No one can predict the future.  But one thing is certain…

If you don’t take the time to create an estate plan, then the lives of your loved ones could become even more difficult when the unthinkable happens or if you unexpectedly become incapacitated because of an accident or illness.

You may be thinking, I’m ok, I already have a will.  But, an estate plan is more than just a will.

In California, here’s what could happen, should tragedy strike, and all you have is a Will:

  1. Have minor children?  Without a parent, they could be put temporarily in child protective services, or in the care of a relative that you would never let raise your child.  Eventually, a Judge who doesn’t know your family will decide who raises your kids.
  2. Have a house, car, jewelry, or bank account?  Even with a will, your assets will have to go through a process called “Probate” which is expensive and time-consuming.  Your loved ones will get less money because of probate fees and will likely wait for one to two years to receive it.
  3. Have a spouse?  If they remarry, the new spouse could potentially inherit your money, your house, and your car.

Think there’s a chance you might become incapacitated in the future from age/accident/illness?  Without an estate plan, someone you did not choose will likely manage your assets, make your health care decisions, raise your children, and could possibly decide where you live.

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then you need an estate plan now.

It all starts with one easy step… schedule an Estate Planning Session.

This informative session is valued at $500, but we’re offering this as a COMPLIMENTARY session to the first 10 people who sign up!

We create tailored estate plans that help protect your family and secure your legacy

In this complimentary 45-minute virtual session, we’ll review your assets and current estate, discuss what goals you want to achieve, and what situations you would like to avoid. Then we’ll discuss your options, so you can make an informed decision about what’s best for you and your family.

If you’re ready to secure your wealth and protect your family, we’ll design a custom estate plan that’s tailored to what matters the most to you.

Your custom estate plan will allow YOU to:

  • Control your assets throughout your lifetime (and beyond)
  • Determine who will be in charge of your estate when you die
  • Avoid probate which is stressful, costly and time-consuming
  • Avoid losing ANY of your assets to court fees
  • Determine who will make medical and financial decisions on your behalf in the event you’re temporarily incapacitated
  • Decide who will care for any minor children when the unthinkable happens

Our Process

We meet virtually for your Estate Planning Session.

After learning and discussing what you want to accomplish, and hope to avoid, we’ll present you with options. You’ll decide what’s right for you and how you want to move forward.

We normally charge $500 per 45-minute session. But (if you qualify) you’ll get it for free – whether or not we end up working together.

Oh and everything is done virtually, so it doesn’t matter where you are in the world.

If you’re still mulling things over, then I encourage you to ask yourself this:

If something happened to you today…

what would happen to your loved ones tomorrow?

Would they have to spend 1 to 2 years dealing with the probate process before receiving the property you wanted them to have? Would your minor children be put in the custody of a stranger?

If you were incapacitated, would your adult children or significant other be forced to guess what kind of medical care you wanted?

If so, don’t put this off.
