Jason Tolin is a trusts and estates attorney with experience in estate planning, seminar speaking, and community outreach. Jason’s expertise lies in speaking to clients and groups from every walk of life. He has spoken to hundreds of groups, organizations, churches, schools, and labor unions about Estate Planning. He currently handles our business development, client interviewing, and counseling.
Jason is a forty-four-year resident of San Diego. He grew up in Tierrasanta. He has resided in Mission Valley since 1999. Before joining us at Lancier Legal, Jason practiced in areas such as estate planning, probate, conservatorship, and special needs trusts. His favorite role is engaging in the community to raise awareness. His years of speaking engagements have led him throughout California, Arizona, and Nevada. Jason is passionate about working with families to plan for their future and protect loved ones.
Jason attended college at UCLA where he earned his BA. He attended the University of San Diego School of Law. After graduation in 1994, he passed the California Bar Exam and began practicing in San Diego.
